The newly upgraded 2010 Chevrolet Avalanche 1500 is still a large truck that offers a lot of hauling capacity while providing the seating space of a five-passenger SUV. The 2010 Avalanche comes in three different trims, the LS, LT, and LTZ, though it only comes in one setup, that of a half-ton yet full-sized pickup.
The cab features four doors and can hold six passengers, although it may be a tight fit for some. The back bulkhead can actually be folded down so you can get into the bed if you have it enclosed. The 2010 Avalanche features a 320 horsepower 5.3 litre V8 engine that features the FlexFuel system and comes with a six-speed automatic transmission standard.
New features on the 2010 include a standard USB port for the radio. The LT model now comes with automatic climate control, remote starter, and rear parking speakers. The LTZ model has a few new additions, too, including voice activated navigation, a rear parking camera, and an upgraded sound system.
